Ingredients:
1 chicken breast or 1 can chicken
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Pepper
Optional sauce boost: splash of lemon, chili flakes, or a spoon of cream cheese to make it creamy
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken in a pan (or throw in canned chicken at the end).
2. Add broccoli and cook until hot.
3. Add soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and toss.
If you want it creamy, melt in a spoon of cream cheese. Serve as is or over cauliflower rice for cheap low-carb volume.
