Hello Beavers!
The Greek Olympic was such a fun and exciting event! For seven days, we witnessed all the Greek Houses go head-to-head to determine who would reign as the victor of the Woodcrest 2025 Greek Olympic!
Each event was well-planned and beautifully hosted by the designated houses. For those who may have missed the lineup, here’s how it went:
– Saturday, September 20 – Delta Alpha Mu (DAM) kicked things off with the opening ceremony, followed by the cycling course.
– Sunday, September 21 – Sigma Epsilon Xi (SEX) hosted the archery event.
– Monday, September 22 – Tri Pi led the tennis match.
– Tuesday, September 23 – Delta Omicron Epsilon (DOE) held the swimming competition.
– Wednesday, September 24 – Beta Alpha Delta (BAD) organized the boxing match.
– Thursday, September 25 – Tau Lambda Phi (TAO) set up the volleyball match.
– Friday, September 26 – Omega Psi Phi (OPP) wrapped it all up with the running marathon.
Finally, on Saturday, September 27, the closing ceremony was held on Greek Row at the Greek Pool. It was such a heartwarming celebration! All the Greek Houses came together to congratulate the winners of first, second, and third place while also applauding everyone who participated.
This year’s Olympics showed that although each Greek House represents something unique, they can all work together, support one another, and have a great time. The community’s involvement made it even more special—so many photos were submitted from the different events, highlighting how strongly Woodcrest stands behind its Greek Houses.
Woodcrest, if I haven’t said it enough, I truly love being part of such a warm and loving community. Continue to shine, continue to grow, and continue to show everyone what we’re all about!
