Woodcrest University went full country for Day 3 of Spirit Week on May 14 with Western Day, a rootin’-tootin’ celebration that ended in a high-energy barn dance hosted by the Student Council.
The evening event kicked off at 6 PM at a venue transformed into a rustic ranch-style party zone, complete with a classic red barn, hay bales, cold drinks, and plenty of hearty food. DJ Laci spun a mix of country hits and party anthems that kept the crowd boot-scootin’ all night long.
Line dancing was the highlight of the night, with students joining in for coordinated stomps and twirls. The bravest attendees took a turn on the mechanical bull, drawing cheers and laughter from the crowd.
Western Day proved to be one of the most talked-about Spirit Week events as it was fun, festive, and full of school pride.
