Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 celery stalk, diced
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Serving options: croissants, lettuce wraps, crackers

Instructions

1. Make the Dressing. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.

2. Add the Crunch. Add chicken, crumbled bacon, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix until everything is well coated.

3. Season to Taste. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Stir again.

4. Chill (Optional but Recommended). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor blend.

5. Serve It Up. Spoon onto croissants, in lettuce cups, in wraps, or with your favorite crackers.
