Joe’s Crabshack Crab Dip 159

INGREDIENTS:

8oz Softened cream cheese
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour cream
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Grated white onion
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
12 oz Lump crab meat
½ Lemon (Juiced)
2 tbsp Chopped green onion (for garnish)
1 tbsp Chopped parsley (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

Oven Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise until smooth
3. Add the remaining ingredients (not the garnish) and mix well
4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
6. Remove from oven and add garnish
7. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices or tortilla chips

Slow Cooker Method

1. Add all ingredients to a 3-4 quart slow cooker and stir to combine
2. Set to lOW and cook for 2 hours, until the cream cheese if fully melted. Stir occasionally.
3. Once mixed, let cook for an additional 15-20 minutes
4. Keep on the WARM or LOW setting for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent burning or separation.
5. Serve with your favorite dippers
