The night slipped in fast, the cold warehouse suddenly lighting up with neon rays and flashing lights. It took only moments before the old warehouse was filled with smoke and the heat of warm bodies adorned in the most eclectic, bright, and festive clothing. The heavy beats of dubstep started the night off under the influence of DJ X, aka Xavier Winchester, Pledge Master of Sigma Epsilon Chi. The bodies that attended the rave began to move to the beats of the music, everyone on cloud nine as DJ Laz aka Lazlo Hunter, the other Pledge Master of Sigma Epsilon Chi, took over at the halfway point, spinning his electronic dance beats which kept the atmosphere light, like you were floating higher and higher toward that point of musical euphoria. The Valentines day Rave thrown by The Syndicate was unlike any other I had personally witnessed in Woodcrest before, and as a party goer, I could only wish to see more.
I spoke with the DJs to find out who threw the party, and neither of them knew. That leaves one question… Who is “The Syndicate?”
