The World is Yours, Cherish it

They say you cannot have light without darkness. They say there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel, though sometimes it feels like a mere star in the sky, it’s so far away. Have you ever considered why you stick to repetitious ways, why you stick to the comfortable? You ever wonder why no matter how many things you want to do in life, you’re too scared to do them? I mean, you’ll never win that lottery unless you buy the ticket. So what’s so different with making choices in life? Why is it so hard for us to accept change, and why is it so easy for us to fear the unknown?

Being someone whom travels, I can say I have been exposed to many cultures, many local traditions, statewide laws, suburbs to apartment complexes under HUD housing, living in my vehicle, shopping at national and local retailers or food joints, and met so many incredibly magic people. Of all of the things that one could list in comparison between the North and the South, the East the West, and the Midwest, the one thing I have felt the most enthralling is the energy of the people and location. The magic of local traditions radiate not only through the people, but the environment too, as if their souls are connected to the earth itself in that town, city, or home. But, being able to see the architectural differences, the landscaping, noticing trends like how almost all the small towns in the Northeastern states feel like a fairytale farm photo, or the more urban areas in bigger cities hustling, bustling fast, buildings so high you can’t peer high enough to see the top without toppling backwards: the beauty from nature and man made societies. The magic is wild. Maybe you don’t believe in energies and magic in life, so think about the price of living differences in those areas, the political stances, and how they affect the laws.

The ocean never ends, yet never stops moving. Evolution is inevitable. With that being said, imagine living life like it’s the ocean. Wherever life takes you, whatever life throws at you – good or bad – fight, work with it, and move onto the next experience. Why stay in the same spot? There’s so much to see in the world, if you remain in one spot, it’s all going to be but a wasted dream. Get the fuck out there and live! Do the things. If you fall, get back up and keep going. Punch life in the face when needed, but don’t let anyone stop your shine. The world truly is yours, so why wouldn’t you respect yourself and treat it with kindness?
