Woodcrest University students traded textbooks for terror as the DAM fraternity opened its doors, as they hosted a Haunted House.
From the moment students stepped onto the front lawn, they were met with a chilling scene straight out of a horror movie. The front of the DAM house was decked out in eerie Halloween decor. The line to enter the haunted was filled with excited chatter and the occasional nervous laugh as people prepared to make their way through the fright filled rooms.

Each room inside the DAM house was uniquely decorated to test visitors’ nerves. Skeletons hung from the ceiling, fake blood splattered across walls, and spiders made unexpected appearances. There were screams, laughter, and plenty of jump scares that had people clutching their friends’ arms as they moved from room to room.

The haunted journey didn’t end until guests finally escaped to the backyard, the “survivor’s zone,” as some called it. There, the mood shifted from spooky to celebratory. DJ LK was on the decks spinning hits that kept the crowd moving. The backyard served as a dance floor that had everyone showing off their costumes under the night sky. Whether you came to scream or to dance, the night offered a little something for everyone.
