Delta Alpha Mu (DAM) proudly conducted the opening ceremony of Woodcrest’s Greek Olympic. Several heads of the Greek Houses prepared speeches for the attendees, setting the stage with enthusiasm and pride. They even went above and beyond by carrying out the traditional Olympic torch-passing ritual, giving the event an authentic flair.

Of course, no Greek gathering is complete without a little mischief—two individuals decided to set a trash bin on fire, briefly causing a stir. Once the commotion settled, DAM officially launched the Games with their cycling event.

As soon as the words “Ready, Set, Go!” rang out, Greek brothers and sisters dashed off, determined to see who would reach the finish line first. The race was anything but ordinary. Cyclists faced wild obstacles—some got lost along the way, while one daring rider popped a wheelie and ended up flying under a bridge! Luckily, no lives were lost in the chaos, just a few laughs and gasps from the crowd.

In the end, we celebrated our very first champions of the Woodcrest Greek Olympic:

* Gold: Seth Keith Grizzly Longfall – DAM

* Silver: Lizzy Hunter – Tri Pi

* Bronze: Charelle Ravenwood – DOE

These athletes are now the proud holders of the first medals ever awarded in Woodcrest’s Greek Olympic history!
