Iron Horse Jumpstart: A New Pulse in a Classic Heartbeat

The Iron Horse Saloon pulsed with renewed life on Monday night, May 26, as locals and newcomers gathered for what was advertised as a simple restart, but quickly proved to be a celebration of community, legacy, and wild-hearted fun. After a short weekend getaway, Tocho Winchester returned with fresh resolve, unable to let go of the bar that gave him his start. Rebranding the night as a “Jump Start,” Tocho reignited the Iron Horse in his image and it worked.

From the moment the doors swung open, the energy was electric. The ad promised half-priced drinks all night, and Siobhan behind the bar made sure every cocktail, shot, and draft was poured with flair. Whether it was her fruity Bay Breeze with vitamin C or a rowdy Tequila Sunrise, drinks flowed nonstop and laughter followed.

DJ Puma brought the fire, spinning beats that had the floor packed. The wranglers, regulars, and first-timers alike hit the dance floor, creating a scene that was more family reunion than farewell. The party kept rolling with cheeky banter and warm vibes. Even rumors of the bar closing were drowned out by cheers of support as Laci Rossini raised her glass in a toast to Adam Spade and Tocho declared the Iron Horse a place for the people.

More than a party, the Iron Horse jumpstart was a revival. A community came together to dance, drink, and defy the end of an era. One thing’s for sure: the Horse isn’t done galloping yet.
