On Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 5 PM, the ladies of TAO launched their “Who’s Your Pookie?” Valentine event. As you walked into the venue, you were greeted by a stunning display of pink, white, and red decorations. The space featured multiple private rooms, beautiful heart-adorned balloons, a designated photo area, and even a Kissing Booth.
TAO planned several exciting mini-events throughout the night. Keeping with the Valentine’s theme, the requested attire was: White if Taken, Red if Single, and Black if in a Complicated Relationship.
The first mini-event was The Pitch, where friends had the chance to pitch their single friends to the crowd in hopes of finding them a Valentine. Many participants were brought on stage by their friends, who highlighted their best qualities—it was heartwarming to witness such uplifting moments.
Another crowd favorite was Speed Dating, but this wasn’t your typical speed dating setup. It was also designed as an opportunity to meet new people and build friendships, reinforcing the idea that Valentine’s Day isn’t just about couples—it’s about celebrating friendships too! The spirit of fun was contagious, with guests even playfully pushing each other into the pool. What started as a lighthearted prank soon turned into an all-out splash party, as more people joined in on the fun.
The night ended on a high note with DJ Deidre playing love songs that left everyone feeling sentimental. But the biggest highlight of the event was when Nena announced Blair as TAO’s new Social Chair! Not only did the evening celebrate love and friendships, but it also marked Blair’s exciting new achievement.
