Hello there, fellow Woodcresters! With fall in full swing—one of my favorite times of the year—I decided to take a leisurely stroll and soak in the crisp, refreshing weather. As I wandered around London Docks, I was greeted by a mouth-watering aroma that instantly grabbed my attention. Following the tantalizing scent, I found myself at the boardwalk, where I stumbled upon what I’ll be featuring in this edition of the business review: Little Seoul.
The exterior of Little Seoul is impossible to miss, with its striking rich red color that immediately draws your eyes and entices you to step inside. It’s the kind of place that has a magnetic charm, and, judging by the delicious smells wafting from the kitchen, my rumbling stomach confirmed it was a good decision to explore further. Despite its small size, the moment I entered the shop, I felt a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The intimate space allows you to get up close to the action, and as I stood there viewing the menu, I was treated to the sight of a highly skilled chef working his culinary magic right in front of me.
The menu at Little Seoul is a celebration of comfort food, featuring a variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. They offer a mouth-watering selection of ramen, white rice, mixed vegetables, pork belly, marinated chicken, beef bulgogi, spicy chicken, and shrimp. After much deliberation, I decided to go with the pork belly, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint! The chef prepared it with such precision and care that every bite was a burst of flavor and texture. I was so impressed with the dish that I couldn’t resist ordering an extra serving to take home with me.
