Q: What made you decide to go to Woodcrest?
A: Believe it or not, Texas is not all about horses, cattle, and cowboys. I come from a big city suburb, and tried my hand at the universities there, but I wanted to transfer to a smaller town feel. I had no friends coming here, so the decision was strictly based on whether I wanted to leave the big city life or not. I’m glad I went with my gut and hope to leave a good mark on Woodcrest.

Q: What is the one thing that you love about Woodcrest?
A: The people. I can’t say enough about how friendly and supportive people are here. I’ve met most of my friends here, after only being on campus for half a year, and I have numerous people to thank. Too many to list here, but if you have helped me in any way, then you know who you are, and I appreciate you.

Q: What would you say has been your biggest accomplishment so far at Woodcrest?
A: After being enrolled only 6 months, and being shy and quiet, I have broken out of my shell, and become more talkative, thanks to the number of nice people on campus. Although, I still struggle with putting myself out there, it has been a fun ride so far.

Q: What would you consider your most embarrassing moment at Woodcrest?
A: My most embarrassing moment would have to be getting punched in the face at a beach party. To this day, I’m still not sure what I did, but it’s a good story. Wanna know more? Find me on campus. I’ll be happy to share.

Q: What is the one thing that you think people will remember you for in Woodcrest?
A: I hope that people remember me for my kind heart and willingness to help in any situation. If you’re on campus sitting by yourself, walking around looking clueless, or simply passing by, I will always take a moment to say hi.
