Q: What made you decide to go to Woodcrest?
A: My friends Jack and Kira gave me a tour of the campus one day and I almost immediately fell in love with the place. The wide range of people, activities, landscape and beauty made me enroll.

Q: What is the one thing that you love about Woodcrest?
A: I really love the mostly positive and supportive people of Woodcrest. Sure we all have bad days and/or arguments on rare occasion, etc. but it’s rare to meet a grumpy head in Woodcrest.

Q: What would you say has been your biggest accomplishment so far at Woodcrest?
A: I’ve been here less than three months so I would have to say that simply coming out of my shell is my biggest, personal accomplishment. Believe it or not but I’m very shy, hate being the center of attention and often refrain of speaking up. And to be honest, I dreaded these questions since I do not like to feel like I’m exposed nor risk my opinions being judged by others. Once I get to know someone then I am hard to shut up. But since enrolling at Woodcrest most everyone I’ve met have been supportive and encouraging. Definitely want to thank Jack and Kira for their love and support early on. My sisters at Tri Pi (shout out to my big sister Anya) have been my rock since pledging. I would never have attempted to join the cheer squad in the past. Goodbye shell!

Q: What would you consider your most embarrassing moment at Woodcrest?
A: Besides a thousand jokes that fall flat daily? Before I enrolled I got super wasted at Tight Ends and woke up the next day on my friend’s couch. I don’t remember everything from that night. And I didn’t do anything majorly embarrassing but it’s not something I’m proud of. Since pledging, Tri Pi has me on a more proper path. Those dang ‘Pink Lady’ drinks!

Q: What is the one thing that you think people will remember you for in Woodcrest?
A: Hopefully for being a positive friend you can always count on. I know it isn’t lofty or won’t make any headlines but if I can impact people’s lives and help out, then it is how I want to be remembered on an individual level. It’s kind of why I am studying to be a teacher, so some day I can help people for a living.
